3. Antique Swedish tack horse from the late 1800's. Made of papier mache and plaster on a wood and metal armature. It was gessoed and then painted over the original surface some time in the past, as there is a layer underneath that shows the original brown paint. He is shown here with an old McClellan saddle and 1800's Mexican blanket and a contemporary decorated Belgian bridle. The horse alone is $3,600.
