Flamboyant folk art wooden carved fish sculpture lamp on turned base. 39" long, 20" tall. Simple carved fish scale texture with dark painted graining lines. Blue marble eyes and cutout rows of teeth, he looks like he's happily grinning. A cutout section in the middle holds a scene in a bottle which appears to be a marina of sorts. A low wattage light glows from inside the scene. A large and dramatic piece. $850.
